Ha! I tried giving blood here in Ireland & because I'd licked a few mad cows in the UK in the 90s (wow, crazy decade!) they won't take it!! And I'd even put it in ice-cube bags for them and all...ungrateful lot.

ReplyDeleteI donated in Christchurch, just wandered into the bloodbank, filled out the form, they approved me and I gave the pint. easy peasy. did the same in Melbourne.
