Still though, it's worth trying if it seems to be doing something for you. Perhaps use it as variation to other things (variation being sooo important!).Nealhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05895654652243670866noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-23425063.post-60168448620736128252010-02-24T13:51:17.931+00:002010-02-24T13:51:17.931+00:00And so patience is rewarded :-) Good post Neal, ch...And so patience is rewarded :-) Good post Neal, cheers! Interesting to see that I seem to be doing essentially the same (re: 7 on 3 off, or repeaters), with one difference. Have you ever found any benefit from pure deadhanging? By this I mean just hanging off a hold for up to a minute or so. I've been mixing repeater sessions with deadhanging sessions for the last while and it seems to have had a decent positive effect. Though this might be down to increased recruitment or some other such sport science voodoo :-). Would be interesting to hear your thoughts. Again, thanks for the info!

PaulPaulhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08067419011060030258noreply@blogger.com
