I'm guilty of phone addiction too! It's great when you're trying to avoid eye contact with someone you can tap away on those little buttons and avoid looking at them face to face! What did we do before phones in those awkward situations???! ;-)

ReplyDeleteBut I've found the cure - I lost my phone back in March and managed to go without one until early October. Such wonderful freedom......

ReplyDeleteI think we all are - that's why I wrote it up :) I'm as bad as everyone else (although probably less so after this year - I'm sure that'll change once I take up a proper office job again though!)
