Game for climbers

Take one pull-up bar (or large holds on a fingerboard).

do 'x' pull-ups and rest for the remaining time in one minute. Repeat for twenty minutes.

E.g. I tried it with 7 pull-ups every minute - works out to 140 pull-ups in 20 minutes. Struggling to lift arms now ;)

  2. Ha ha ha! My friends and I were doing this every monday... we called it the pullup party. I only got up to 5 pullups each set, but felt like it was a great workout. However my friend moved and hasn't found a place for the fingerboard yet.

  3. Tried it with 4 pullups. Made it to ten minutes and couldn't go any further :(
